Our approach is centered around understanding each patient's individual condition and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to care.

We also offer prenatal and postnatal chiropractic care, with Dr. Pando being Webster certified.

These treatment options allow us to tailor care to each patient's needs and, when appropriate, combine different approaches as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
If you're looking for a chiropractor in Flower Mound, TX, we invite you to schedule an evaluation and learn more about your treatment options. Our goal is to help you understand what's contributing to your symptoms, make informed decisions about your care, and get back to doing the things you love.
Why Our Approach Is Different
We believe chiropractic care should be personalized to the person, not just the condition. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, goals, and what may be contributing to your pain or limitations. Our Flower Mound office also offers more than traditional chiropractic adjustments.
Depending on your needs, your care may include Spinal Decompression Therapy, Focus Shockwave Therapy, rehabilitation, or a combination of treatments. This allows us to build a plan around what makes sense for you rather than trying to make every patient fit the same treatment approach.
We also believe you should understand your care. We explain what we find during your examination, why we are recommending a particular treatment, and what your options are. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps you move better, feel better, and get back to the things you enjoy.
Conditions We Help
Herniated and bulging discs can contribute to back or neck pain, stiffness, and symptoms that travel into the arms or legs. Our care may include Spinal Decompression Therapy, chiropractic care, and rehabilitation depending on your examination findings and individual needs.
Sciatica can cause pain, numbness, tingling, or other symptoms that travel from the lower back into the hip, buttock, or leg. We evaluate the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and may use decompression, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, or a combination of treatments.
Ongoing low Back Pain can affect everything from sitting and sleeping to exercise and everyday activities. We look at the spine, joints, movement patterns, and other contributing factors to develop an individualized approach to care.
Neck pain and stiffness may be related to joint restrictions, muscle tension, injuries, posture, or other underlying issues. Our treatment options may include chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation, and other therapies based on your specific condition.
Some headaches may be associated with neck tension, joint restrictions, posture, or other musculoskeletal factors. We evaluate the neck and spine to determine whether chiropractic care or other treatment options may be appropriate.
Sports injuries can affect joints, muscles, and soft tissues and may lead to pain, stiffness, or limited movement. Chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and Focus Shockwave Therapy may be incorporated into a treatment plan when appropriate to support recovery and return to activity.
Degenerative changes in the spinal discs can contribute to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. After an examination, we can determine whether Spinal Decompression Therapy or other treatment options may be appropriate for your symptoms and goals.
Pain and stiffness in the back, neck, shoulders, hips, and other joints can make everyday movement more difficult. We evaluate how the affected area is moving and functioning and create a treatment plan based on your symptoms, goals, and overall mobility.
Can Your Health Condition Be Helped With Chiropractic?
Not every condition is best treated with chiropractic care, which is why we start by understanding what you're experiencing rather than assuming a particular treatment is right for you. During your evaluation, we review your health history, symptoms, movement, and, when appropriate, X-rays or other imaging to help determine what may be contributing to your condition and whether chiropractic care is appropriate.
We believe patient education is an important part of the process. Once we have completed your examination and reviewed the findings, we'll explain what we've found, answer your questions, and discuss your treatment options. Our goal is for you to understand what we're treating, why we're recommending it, and what you can expect from your care.
Chiropractic care is commonly used for musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sciatica, and mobility issues. While much of our care focuses on the spine, chiropractic treatment can also address other areas of the body, including the shoulders, hips, ribs, and extremities, when appropriate.
Our Flower Mound office also offers Spinal Decompression Therapy, Focus Shockwave Therapy, rehabilitation, dry needling, cupping, and personalized exercise programs. Depending on your condition and goals, we may recommend one treatment or combine several approaches as part of your individualized plan.
If you're experiencing pain or a condition that may be related to your muscles, joints, or spine, we'd be happy to evaluate you and discuss whether chiropractic care may be appropriate for you.
Services We Offer
Chiropractic care focuses on improving the movement and function of the spine and joints. Treatment is individualized based on your symptoms, examination findings, and goals, and may include different adjustment techniques as appropriate.
Spinal Decompression Therapy is a gentle, non-surgical treatment that uses specialized equipment to apply controlled stretching to targeted areas of the spine. Each 28-minute treatment is customized using a specific weight and angle based on your individual needs.
Focus Shockwave Therapy uses focused acoustic waves to target specific areas of the body and stimulate a response in the treated tissue. It may be recommended for certain chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions and can be used on its own or as part of a broader treatment plan.
Rehabilitation helps improve strength, mobility, stability, and movement following an injury or when ongoing pain or limitations affect your daily activities. Your program may include therapeutic exercises, mobility work, strengthening, and movement-based exercises.
Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring significant changes in posture, movement, and the way your body handles everyday activities. Dr. Pando is Webster certified and provides individualized chiropractic care designed around the changing needs and comfort of each patient before and after delivery.
Our Flower Mound office has on-site X-ray capabilities, allowing appropriate spinal imaging to be performed during your examination when clinically indicated. When additional imaging is needed, we can also order diagnostic studies such as MRI or CT scans, helping streamline the process so you may not need to visit your primary care provider just to obtain an imaging order.
Cupping therapy uses specialized cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction over targeted areas. It may be incorporated into a treatment plan to address muscle tension, soft-tissue discomfort, and mobility concerns.
Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles inserted into specific muscles or soft tissues to target areas of tension or dysfunction. It may be used alongside chiropractic care and rehabilitation to help address muscle tightness, trigger points, and movement limitations.
Our personalized 6-week exercise programs are designed by our Rehab Specialist following a thorough one-on-one movement and functional assessment. Each program is customized around your individual strengths, weaknesses, mobility, injury history, activity level, lifestyle, available equipment, and personal goals.
Rather than giving you a generic workout, we create a progressive plan focused on improving strength, stability, coordination, mobility, balance, and overall movement. Your program includes structured workouts, targeted warm-ups and recovery exercises, clear sets and repetitions, progression throughout the six weeks, and exercise demonstrations so you know exactly how each movement should be performed. Your program can be designed around the equipment you have at home, workouts at a gym, or personal one-on-one training with our Rehab Specialist. This gives you the flexibility to follow your program in the environment that works best for you.
Why do I need chiropractic care when I’m not in pain?
You don't have to be in pain to benefit from paying attention to how your body moves and functions. Many people seek chiropractic care to maintain mobility, address areas of stiffness or restricted movement, support an active lifestyle, or stay on top of issues they have experienced in the past.
Regular chiropractic care may be part of a wellness or maintenance routine, particularly for people who sit for long periods, stay active, participate in sports, or place repetitive demands on their bodies. Care is individualized, so the frequency and type of treatment depend on your needs and goals.
Our approach isn't about treating you simply because you're not experiencing pain. We evaluate how you're moving and functioning and help you understand whether ongoing chiropractic care, rehabilitation, exercise, or other services could be beneficial for you.
